5 Things to Know Before You Visit Lake Travis Crisis Ministries
Reaching out for help for the first time can feel intimidating. We want to take that worry off your plate before you even walk through the door. Here are five things every first-time visitor should know about LTCM.
You're Not Alone: Finding Food Assistance in the Lake Travis Area
Food insecurity doesn't always look the way people imagine. It's the parent who skips meals so their kids can eat. It's the senior on a fixed income choosing between groceries and medication. It's the family whose hours got cut and the pantry ran out before payday. If this sounds familiar, please know: Lake Travis Crisis Ministries is here to help where we can.
Struggling to Pay Rent or Utilities? Here's What LTCM Can Do
When rent is due and the money isn't there, the panic can feel overwhelming. When the electric company sends a shutoff notice, the stress is real and immediate. If you're in the Lake Travis area and facing a financial emergency, Lake Travis Crisis Ministries may be able to help bridge the gap.
LTCM and Faith: Why We Help Everyone, Regardless of Background
Lake Travis Crisis Ministries was born out of a simple conviction: that we are called to love one another. When a group of local church women started a food pantry in 1988 — with the entire food supply stored in a single walk-in closet — they weren't building an institution. They were following a calling.
When a Crisis Hits: Where to Turn in the Lake Travis Community
No one plans for a crisis. A sudden medical bill, an eviction notice, a lost job, a family emergency — these things happen to good people in good communities every day. The Lake Travis area may look prosperous from the outside, but real families here face real struggles. This post is a resource guide for anyone who needs a hand right now.
How to Get Help from Lake Travis Crisis Ministries

If you're living or working in the Lake Travis area and you need help, Lake Travis Crisis Ministries (LTCM) is here. This post walks you through exactly how to access our services.
